Seaweed Necklace

My design for this unique, wet felted necklace came about while I was working on some wet felted pieces with an “Ocean” theme. I’d taken several images of seaweed, particularly Bladderwrack, and it was these images that inspired the shape.

It is lightweight and perfectly balanced to ensure it stays in place as you move around and has been created using beautifully soft Merino fibres with a flexible wire core, allowing it to be shaped to the contours of your neck.
